The BCIPI

BCIPI is an institute established under the provisions of the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians (ASTT) Act, to represent the professionally certified house and property inspectors in British Columbia.

By using a certified inspector, you know your inspector has training that covers all the things you need to have checked out. A certified inspector is also knowledgeable in building code requirements for your area.

CHI and CPI inspectors are certified by ASTTBC – one of the largest professional associations in BC. The Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC has 9,500+ members in many fields relating to applied science and engineering technology.
